Burke/Triolo Productions/Thinkstock Chris Lane‘s sophomore album, Laps Around the Sun, debuts at #8 this week on Billboard‘s Top Country Albums chart.
Not only will Ricky Skaggs join the Country Music Hall of Fame this fall, he’ll also be inducted into the IBMA Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame. He’ll receive the honor September 27 at the International Bluegrass Music Awards in Raleigh, North Carolina.
David Nail‘s new album, Only This and Nothing More, comes out September 14. It’s the Missouri native’s first record since leaving his longtime label, Universal Nashville.
