In addition to looking to a grant for funding, Bradbury and three other volunteers, Mary Lee Lackey Nelson, Max Parnell and Wanda Havner, have put together an informational book titled “Old Galatia Church Preserving Our Past.”

The book tells the story of the church and cemetery through recorded histories, newspaper stories, tombstones and research. Copies of the book are available for purchase for $30, with funds benefiting the Norfork church’s preservation fund.

For more information or to obtain a copy, contact Linda Bradbury at 870-499-7148 or email her at lindalb@centurytel.net <mailto:lindalb@centurytel.net>.
