An ordinance amending the contracted water rates between the City of Mountain Home’s water department and its wholesale purchasers is among the items on the city council’s agenda Thursday evening.In April, the council was divided over three proposed ordinances involving water and sewer rates. One of the three ordinances would have increased the contracted water rates between the Mountain Home water department and its wholesale purchasers, the Northeast, Gassville/Cotter and Lakeview/Midway districts.Also on the council agenda are auction items from both the water/wastewater and street departments.
The meeting will be held at 6:00 in the council chambers of the Municipal Building.
