BMLGBrian Kelley’s 70-acre wooded Nashville estate is now on the market.

The Florida Georgia Line hitmaker and his wife Brittney bought the property in 2013, the same year they were married on site.

The listing boasts six buildings: a barn, saloon, two guest houses — checking in at nearly 4,000 and just over 2,500 square feet, respectively — as well as the principal residence, which is connected to an elaborate treehouse. Brian and Brittney call the main house “the shack.”

“The shack is magical,” Brian tells the Tennessean. “It is the greatest indoor-outdoor architecture design we have seen, nuzzled into the side of the mountain. Adding the treehouse was what completed the property design for us.”

Pete Nelson from Animal Planet’s Treehouse Masters designed the treehouse, which is connected to the main house with a 30-foot sky bridge, and boasts a living room, a master suite, and a recording studio.

If you think you might like to live like one-half of FGL, the asking price is $6.2 million. You can get a better look at your potential purchase at Tennessean.com.
