The Cotter School Board meeting in special session Thursday evening accepted the resignation of Jared Wilhite from his position as track coach.
The board also accepted the resignation of Robert Smith from his positions as custodian and bus driver.
In other business, Kayla Moffitt was hired as a paraprofessional and Jarod Jefferson as a bus driver.
The board approved two petitions for student transfers from Cotter Public Schools to Mountain Home Public Schools and one petition for a student transfer from Cotter Public Schools to Flippin Public Schools.
The board also approved line-item grocery bids to Tankersley Foodservice, Sysco, and Springfield Grocer for the first semester of the 2018-2019 school year.
