A Marion County man was arrested over the weekend on an outstanding felony warrant from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, and he’s now facing an additional charge. According to a Mountain Home Police affidavit, 32-year-old Daryl Krueger of Flippin is in the Baxter County Detention Center after being booked Saturday evening.
A Mountain Home Police sergeant conducted a traffic stop on an SUV driven by Krueger. According to the affidavit, Krueger did not have a driver’s license, and dispatch confirmed the outstanding warrant.
Krueger is also on parole with an active search waiver on file. During the search, another officer located a black wallet underneath the center console allegedly containing five separate baggies with a total amount of 25 1/2 games of a crystalline substance.
Krueger has been charged with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver. The substance field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
Krueger’s bond is set for $12,500, and he’s set to appear Thursday in Baxter County Circuit Court.
