Mountain Home’s run in the Babe Ruth 13-Year-Old World Series came to an end Tuesday at McClain Park. The host team lost the opening game of bracket play to Five Cities, California, by a final of 7-0. Mountain Home ended up going 2-3 in the tournament.
Eagle Pass, Texas, will join Five Cities in Wednesday’s semifinals. Eagle Pass defeated Broomall-Newtown, Pennsylvania, 12-3.
