10 additional municipal-level filings reported

The pace picked up on Wednesday with nonpartisan municipal-level filings, with the deadline at noon on Friday.In Baxter County, incumbent City Clerk Brian Plumlee filed for re-election. Plumlee had earlier indicated he was considering running for Mountain Home Mayor, with the formation of an exploratory committee.

Elsewhere in Baxter County, there were five filings from Norfork, including incumbent Mayor Lisa Harrison. Other Norfork filings were incumbent council members Mark Conley, Phillip Stultz and Lindsay Simpson. Angela Parnell also filed for the Norfork City Council.The final filing Wednesday in Baxter County was incumbent Cotter City Council member Carolyn Gill.

In Marion County, George J. (Joey) Grede filed for the Ward 1, Position 2 seat on the Bull Shoals City Council. Michael Williamson filed for the seat earlier.At Flippin, incumbent Jennifer Porter has filed for re-election to the city council.

The final Marion County filing was at Yellville where incumbent Ken Rigmaiden is seeking re-election.
