The Cotter City Council will hear a presentation from the bridge lighting committee regarding possible grant funding when it meets for its regular monthly session Thursday evening at 6:00.
Also on the agenda under new business are proposed ordinances amending the city’s municipal code and the policy requirements for a department K-9 officer and a resolution authorizing the mayor to execute certain documents in connection with a loan for replacement of meters, raisers and setters.
The council will also hear about the first barbecue cook-off and car show in the Big Spring Park set for September 1st and the acceptance of a furniture donation.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers of Cotter City Hall.
