Bull Shoals-White River to host snorkeling adventure

Bull Shoals-White River State Park personnel will host a snorkeling adventure Saturday afternoon from 1:00 until 4:00 on Bull Shoals Lake.

The event will feature snorkeling along the shoreline to look for fish, rocks, plants and more. Masks and snorkels will be provided, as well as lifejackets, which are required. Those wishing to take part must be in good physical health and must be able to swim. Park officials advise participants to wear shoes that will not float off of feet while in the water.

Reservations must be made by noon on Friday. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent’s signature to take part. Those under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Registration is $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 8-12.
