Business licenses for a mental health counselor, barber shop, and a weight loss clinic were among the 10 issued by the City of Mountain Home in August, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home.
Records indicate new licenses were issued to Inspirational Insight Counseling, a mental health counseling business, located at 706 South Main Street, Suite 2; Good Look Barber Shop, located at 307 South Main Street, Suite 41; and Ideal Weight Loss LLC, a weight loss clinic, located at 1041 Highland Circle, Suite 42.
Licenses were also issued to Family Billiards, a family recreation business, located at 1310 Highway 62 West, Suite 10; Southern Home Healthcare, Inc., a home medical equipment business, located at 1058 Highland Circle, Suite 12; Willis & Son Roofing of Conway; and Mitchell’s Variety, a retail customer returns business, located at 210 Bomber Boulevard.
Records also indicate three of the 10 licenses were for home-based businesses. Those licenses were issued to Cynthia Arnold for Butterfly Bows, a hair bows business; Ashley Olivo and Cody Garlough for Garlough Cleaning Services, a cleaning and window washing service; and Virgil Lawrence for Lawrence Auction.
Total licensing revenue for July was $8,947, including alcohol tax and licenses, occupational licenses, pet licenses, garage sales.
