SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) _ Authorities say a woman has been arrested in the fatal
shooting of a man whose body was found in a pickup truck in Springfield.
The Springfield News-Leader reports the woman was booked into jail on suspicion of second-degree murder in the death of 40-year-old Joshua Brooks. Police responded Monday morning after a neighbor found Books slumped over the steering wheel. No charges were immediately filed.
