Destiny Reasons of Mountain Home entered a no contest plea to charges stemming from possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia for using the drug.

Reasons was given five years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 21-year-old Reasons was located in a house along Glenstone during a search of the residence March 28th, according to the probable cause affidavit in the case.

Drug activity had been monitored at the residence involving Reasons and Jared Coddington. During the search, officers located a quantity of methamphetamine, smoking pipes, digital scales and small plastic bags commonly used to package the drug for sale.

Reasons was sentenced under the provisions of Act 346, meaning if she stays out of trouble during her probation period, she can apply to the court to have her record sealed.
