A Stone County man, 48-year-old Christopher Smith of Mountain View, was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center late Wednesday afternoon following a motorcycle accident on Push Mountain Road.According to the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office report, Smith was northbound on Push Mountain Road just north of County Road 74 when he lost control in a curve. His motorcycle left the roadway, struck a culvert and slid in a ditch about 50 feet before coming to rest.
Smith was transported by ambulance to BRMC for treatment of what was described as a non-incapacitating injury. His motorcycle was towed from the scene of the 4:35 p.m. accident.
