The Mountain Home High School tennis teams picked up a pair of wins at home Thursday against West Memphis.
In the completion of a match started earlier this season that was halted because of weather, Mountain Home picked up wins by Jake McGehee and the doubles team of Sam Arp and Anakin Osgood.
In the regularly scheduled matches, the Bombers topped the Blue Devils 4-2. Winning in singles play were Banks Gregory and McGehee. The doubles teams of Arp and Osgood along with Clayton Jones and Garrett Steelman picked up wins.
On the girl’s side, in the completion of the earlier match, Meagan Beck got a win in singles play. The doubles team of Sarah Godfrey and Micaela McLean also won.
In the regularly scheduled matches, Mountain Home topped West Memphis 6-0. Emily Heidi and Beck each won two singles matches. The doubles teams of Godfrey and Mandelyn Smeltzer along with Karoline Yeakley and McLean picked up wins.
The Bombers are now 9-0 on the season while the Lady Bombers are 8-1.
