The Mountain Home High School girls’ golf team came up just short of a state championship Wednesday at Hot Springs Country Club. The Lady Bombers ended up as the runners-up of the Class 5A State Tournament. The host team, Hot Springs Lakeside, captured the title with a total score of 263.
Sydney Czanstkowski was Mountain Home’s top golfer with an 81, and Kenzie Collins shot an 86. Both were named All-State.
