The Mountain Home High School tennis teams wrapped up the regular season with mixed results as they hosted Jonesboro for Senior Night.
The Lady Bombers finished in a tie with the Lady Hurricane. Mountain Home’s Meagan Beck split her singles matches, and Micaela McLean also picked up a win. In doubles play, Sarah Godfrey and Mandelyn Smeltzer won both of their matches, Chloe Nosari and Madilyn Jones finished with a split, and McLean and Karoline Yeakley won their match. The Lady Bombers will go into the postseason at 9-1-1.
Mountain Home’s boys did not fare as well as they fell to Jonesboro. The Bombers were unable to come up with any victories, but one of the doubles matches for Anakin Osgood and Sam Arp went to a tiebreaker. Mountain Home drops to 9-2 on the year.
