The Mountain Home High School tennis teams brought home a 2nd and 3rd place finish from the 5A East Conference Tennis Tournament which wrapped up Wednesday at Searcy.
The Lady Bombers finished 2nd in the team standings. In singles play, Emily Heidi was second and Meagan Beck finished 4th. The doubles team of Sarah Godfrey and Micaela McLean finished 4th.
The Bombers were 3rd in the team standings. The doubles team of Sam Arp and Anakin Osgood finished second.
All of the above mentioned players will take part in the Class 5A State Tennis Tournament next week in Hot Springs.
