Boil water order lifted for OMRPWA

The boil water order issued just over two weeks ago for the Ozark Mountain Regional Public Water Authority in Newton and Marion counties has been lifted. The Arkansas Department of Health has lifted the boil order after testing the water. The boil order was issued following a main break.

The boil order affected the Summit Waterworks in Marion County, along with the Mockingbird Hill, Nail-Swain, and Deer Water Associations in Newton County and the Ozark Mountain Region PWA downstream of the Flatwood Booster Station in Newton County.
