Two area high school softball teams will be playing for a state tournament berth on Friday.
Dora will be in Norwood for the championship game of the Class 1, District 1 Tournament. The Lady Falcons face the host and top-seeded Lady Pirates at 5 p.m.
Ava will be in front of the home crowd for the title game of the Class 2, District 11 Tournament. The host Lady Bears take on top-seeded Willow Springs at 4:30.
