Courtesy of Rock & BrewsKISSPaul Stanley and Gene Simmons will honor members of the U.S. military, veterans and first responders this Veterans Day, Monday, November 12, by offering them free food nationwide at their Rock & Brews restaurant chain.

All day long on the holiday, military personnel and veterans will be able to visit participating Rock & Brews locations and enjoy either a complimentary pulled pork sandwich with a side dish or a “Strawberry Fields” salad. Some locations will also offer other free menu items.

This will be the fourth consecutive year that Rock & Brews chain, which Stanley and Simmons co-founded, will offer free meals on Veterans Day. This year, the restaurants also will raise funds for the USO by selling a specially designed camouflage t-shirt throughout November and donating proceeds to the organization.

“We are proud to honor the men and women who protect and serve our country,” says Stanley and Simmons in a joint statement. “Veterans Day at Rock & Brews is dedicated to our active military, veterans, and first responders, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve them and show our gratitude, and to helping raise much-needed funds and awareness for the USO throughout the month.”

KISS recently announced plans for a huge trek called the End of the Road World Tour, which kicks off in 2019, although no dates have been confirmed yet. The band also is to launch its eighth KISS Kruise on October 31.
