Caroline InternationalVan Morrison is giving fans another preview of his upcoming studio album, The Prophet Speaks.  He’s just released a second single from the record, “Got to Go Where the Love Is,” which is available now as a digital single and via streaming services.

An official lyrics video for the upbeat jazz-blues tunes, one of six new originals penned by Morrison for the forthcoming album, has premiered on Van’s official website and YouTube channel. The clip features animated words and images made to resemble neon lights, including depictions of Van the Man himself.

Morrison previously released The Prophet Speaks‘ title track as a single, and fans who pre-order the album will receive free instant downloads of both that song and “Got to Go Where the Love Is.”

The Prophet Speaks hits stores on December 7. The 14-track collection will be the legendary singer/songwriter’s 40th studio effort, and continues an impressively prolific run that’s seen him issue three other albums in just over a year: You’re Driving Me Crazy in April 2018, Versatile in December 2017 and Roll with the Punches in September 2017.

In addition to the six original Morrison songs, The Prophet Speaks features eight covers by various artists who have influenced and inspired Van during his career, including John Lee Hooker‘s “Dimples,” Sam Cooke‘s “Laughin’ and Clownin’,” Solomon Burke‘s “Gotta Get You Off My Mind” and Willie Dixon‘s “I Love the Life I Live.”
