A boil water order has been issued for water customers in Pyatt. City officials say the system had a chlorine pump fail, and they are working to fix it.
All water customers in Pyatt need to boil water used for cooking or consumption briskly for three to five minutes.
The boil water order will be in effect until water samples tested by the state are deemed safe.
