A 10-year-old boy from Ozark County is dead following an ATV accident Thursday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol identifies the victim as Allen J. Ray of Wasola.
The accident happened when the ATV Ray was riding became airborne and ejected him then it came to rest on the victim.
The accident occurred on private property in Almartha in northern Ozark County just before 6:00 Thursday evening.
