Bob Seger adds seven 2019 concerts to his upcoming farewell trek, The Travelin' Man Tour

Credit: Terry WyattBob Seger will be travelin’ to seven more cities next year on his recently announced farewell trek with his Silver Bullet Band, dubbed The Travelin’ Man Tour. The new dates are scheduled for January 24 in Milwaukee; January 26 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; February 7 in Vancouver, Canada; February 12 in Fresno, California; February 21 in San Diego; February 28 in Sacramento, California; and March 5 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Tickets for the newly added concerts will go on sale to the general public this Friday, November 9, at 10 a.m. local time. Members of Bob Seger’s fan club, the Bullet Club, will be able to purchase tickets before the public on-sale date. Visit BulletClub.BobSeger.com to become a member.

Seger’s tour gets underway with a series of 2018 shows kicking off November 21 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and plotted out through a December 22 performance in Atlanta. The 2019 portion of the trek begins January 5, also in Grand Rapids, and currently is scheduled through a May 2 concert in The Woodlands, Texas.

Some of the farewell tour dates are previously announced shows that were rescheduled from Seger’s 2017 trek that were postponed when the Rock & Roll Hall of Famer was forced to undergo surgery to treat a ruptured disc in his neck.

Grand Funk Railroad, whose founding drummer Don Brewer also plays in the Silver Bullet Band, will open select dates for Seger during The Travelin’ Man Tour.
