Basketball is on the local Tuesday schedule and includes a preseason tuneup for two of Mountain Home’s boys’ teams. The Bombers and Junior Bombers will be on the road for benefit games with Highland. The freshmen game tips off at 5 p.m. followed by the high school contest.
Elsewhere on the high school level, Cotter travels to Jasper, Norfork makes the trip to Valley Springs, Flippin hosts Viola, Yellville-Summit heads to Clinton, Bruno-Pyatt entertains Lead Hill, Mammoth Spring travels to Brockwell to meet Izard County, Calico Rock makes the trip to St. Joe, Timbo is home against Shirley, Mountain View heads to Newark for two boys’ games with Cedar Ridge, Rural Special travels to Quitman, Bergman makes the trip to Alpena, and Omaha hosts Western Grove.
