With Veterans’ Day approaching, the Mountain Home School District is doing its part to honor those who have served in the military and those who continue to serve. The 10th annual Freedom is Not Free veterans program will be held Thursday morning at 9:00 at Bomber Gymnasium on the campus of Mountain Home High School Career Academies, and the keynote speaker will be Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin.

Bud Zorman is the instructor for the high school’s NJROTC program, and he says the purpose of the ceremony is for the students to realize how true the title really is.
