A Fulton County man, 50-year-old Carl Raines, has been charged with two felony offenses after he allegedly threatened to kill two men.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed Wednesday, Raines is alleged to have told a husband and wife on numerous occasions he was going to kill another man and his son-in-law.

Raines reportedly went to the son-in-law’s residence where he yelled for the man to come outside. When the man exited the residence, Raines is alleged to have told him he was going to beat his head in.

The man reported he was scared for his life and watched as Raines hit his vehicle, breaking out a window.

Raines is charged with two counts of terroristic threatening, with his bond set at $10,000. He is also ordered not to have any further contact with the two men.
