Mountain Home Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Jake Long will host a community input event Tuesday afternoon regarding the district’s Career Academy. Long says the event is so the school system can get input on the essential knowledge and skills the public thinks graduating students should have to be prepared to enter the workforce. He says after getting the feedback, the school district will look at what changes, if any, need to be made to the high school.

Long says the district’s Career Academy revision plan was developed to see if anything needs to change at the high school, which started the career academies 17 years ago.
