A Flippin man, 32-year-old Demario Cannon, has been arrested and charged with five felony offenses following an alleged transaction involving the sale of 46 grams of methamphetamine.Marion County Sheriff Clinton Evans says Cannon was arrested Monday by the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force and charged with three counts of delivery of methamphetamine, all class “Y” felonies.In addition, Cannon was charged with two counts of unlawful use of a communication device and being a habitual offender.The drug task force was assisted by officers from the Marion County Sheriffs Department and the Flippin Police Department.
Cannon is incarcerated at the Marion County jail in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
