PINE BLUFF, Ark. (AP) – Police say two men have been arrested in connection to
the fatal shooting of a pawnshop owner in central Arkansas.

Pine Bluff Police Department Chief Kelvin Sergeant announced Tuesday two 21-year-olds suspects have been arrested for the Nov. 12 slaying of Wise Buck Pawn Shop owner Brandon McHan. Sergeant says Daryl Strickland and Rodney Henry are believed to be responsible for killing McHan during an apparent robbery attempt.

Sergeant says a break in the case came after officers searched a Pine Bluff
residence and found physical evidence that led to the identification of the two
men.

Authorities say Strickland and Henry were the suspects pictured in surveillance
footage.

McHan’s twin brother, Jeff McHan, has thanked authorities for making the
arrests. He says it gives the family justice.
