Former Harrison coach, teacher accused of sexual indecency

A former teacher and coach at the Harrison School District turned himself in to the Harrison Police Department on accusations of inappropriate behavior with minors. According to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Lucas Horn was arrested Monday on felony counts of sexual indecency with a child and tampering with physical evidence.

According to an incident report, an investigation began in September. The allegations involve internet and text messages reportedly sent between Horn and minor females. There was also an alleged exchange of videos with one minor who was a ward of the state at the time.

Horn was an assistant football and basketball coach at Harrison. He began at the Harrison School District in June 2015.

Horn was released after posting $2,500. Formal charges have yet to be filed.
