Salem man held on 50 counts involving sexually explicit images


A Fulton County man, 49-year-old Raymond B. Naumann of Salem, was arrested Wednesday and charged with 50 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.According to the probable cause affidavit, a special agent with the Arkansas State Police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on Nov. 2nd, 2018. The tip led to Internet protocol and email addresses.

Working with the Salem Police Department, a search warrant was executed at an apartment along North Walnut in Salem in early December where numerous electronic devices were seized.

Fulton County Sheriff Al Roork says Naumann is being held on a $100,000 bond.
