The Baxter County Planning Board’s regular October session is scheduled for Tuesday morning at 11. Items on the agenda include Consolidated Land Services, Strider Consulting and a continued discussion of Subdivision Guidelines in Baxter County. The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Baxter County Courthouse. The planning Board will also have a work session beginning at 10. The meeting is open to the public.
