During his visit, he visited the KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot where he met with General Manager Bob Knight and discussed political issues with the news department.
A Republican seeking re-election to the U. S. Senate, Boozman spoke about the advice he got from former Arkansas Congressman John Paul Hammerschmidt when he was first elected to congress.
