Drivers traveling in the area of U.S. Route 62 B, crossing the Cotter bridge, this morning may see delays. According to Cotter County District Court Clerk Kay Laughry, the Arkansas State Highway Department is doing an inspection of the bridge and one lane at a time will be shut down.
