Cotter High School Art Teacher Megan Benham has designed an updated look to the Citys Welcome to Cotter sign near Memory Lane. Thursday night Cotter City Council agreed to proceed with the new design.
In the Council’s regular session members also passed resolutions to amend the 2017 operating budget by reallocating funds for a lighting project at the NAYC and to purchase additional playground equipment at Big Spring Park.
The next scheduled regularly scheduled City Council Meeting will be Thursday evening, March 23, at 6:00 at Cotter City Hall.
