The Cotter City Council has scheduled its regular October session for Thursday evening at six. Items on the agenda include Johnnie Copeland addressing the council about a possible alley closure, an ordinance directing and ordering removal and cleanup of a building on Melba Avenue, consideration for renewing services with the Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District for 2017, possible budget workshop dates for November and an address to the council from North Central Arkansas Veteran’s Council President Linda Reed and Stetson Painter from Senator John Boozman’s office. The meeting will be held in the council chambers of Cotter City Hall.
