NYPD(NEW YORK) — Federal authorities are expected to charge Ahmad Khan Rahami, the suspect in the New York and New Jersey explosions, in the Southern District of New York and in New Jersey.
The charges are expected to include several counts related to placing and detonating weapons of mass destruction and bombing a place of public use.
