First Security Bank announces retirement of Tim Coleman; promotion of Clint Walker

First Security Bank has announced the retirement and promotion of two Mountain Home leaders effective immediately.

Tim Coleman, President & CEO of First Security Bank’s North Central Arkansas Region has announced his retirement after 43 years. Through Coleman’s leadership, First Security has been recognized as the leading bank in the Mountain Home market. He will continue to serve and remain active on the bank’s local advisory committees.

With Coleman’s retirement, Clint Walker has been named Market Leader of First Security Bank in Mountain Home. Walker, a Mountain Home native, has over 20 years’ experience as a career banker. He started his banking career with First Security as a teller and now returns having experience in several markets throughout Arkansas.

As a Mountain Home High School graduate and former Bomber basketball player, Walker is excited to be back home. He states, “My wife Melissa, and I, were beyond excited when the opportunity presented itself to come back home and raise our kids, Trey and Lily, in this great environment.”
