Four building permits issued by city of Mtn. Home in November

     Four building permits were issued by the City of Mountain Home during the month of November, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department, including one new construction permit issued to Tony and Sally Gilbert for a single residential home in Indian Creek Estates with a construction cost of $500,000.

     A new commercial permit was also issued in November to Real Life Church on Rossi Road for 20,774 square feet of heated space with a construction value of $1,960,000. A driveway replacement permit was issued to Redeemer Lutheran Church at a construction cost of $6,000 and a parking lot permit to Dr. Rosa on West Paul Avenue with a construction cost of $13,200.

     The value of all four building permits for the month of November was $2,479,200.

     Cost of all permits issued for the month of November totaled $6,853 including $4,850 for the building permits, $175 for mechanical permits and $1,828 for plumbing permits.

     The city Building and Inspection Department handled 63 inspections during the month of November.
