The new hours of the Gassville Branch of the Baxter County Library will go into effect Wednesday, according to Library Director Kim Crowe Sheaner. The library will be open Tuesday through Friday afternoons from 1 until 5 and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
