Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson is scheduled to make a special announcement on the Buffalo National River. The news conference is scheduled for Friday morning at ten at the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock as Hutchinson will be joined by representatives from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, Arkansas Department of Health, Arkansas Agriculture Department, Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism and Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. The announcement will be made in the governor's conference room.
