John Oates Performing at New York City Benefit to Fund Children's Preschool Scholarships

Credit: Greg VorobiovHall & Oates singer John Oates is part of the lineup of an intimate benefit concert that will take place at the New York City club The Cutting Room on October 20. The show, called A Tribute to the American Troubadour, will raise money to fund preschool scholarships for economically disadvantaged children at the REACH school in Washington, Connecticut.

Other artists scheduled to perform at the concert include one-time Fleetwood Mac singer Bekka Bramlett, ex-Black Crowes member Jackie Greene and more. The show is being presented by the Blue Rose Foundation, a California-based charity that focuses on providing scholarships for financially in-need youngsters.

Tickets for the New York benefit cost $80 and are available at Ticketfly.com. The concert starts at 8 p.m. ET.

Oates’ solo schedule also includes a Music City Roots series performance on November 23 at The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee, and a November 26 concert at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
