KTLO seeks weather watchers

KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot staff work diligently to keep our listeners informed about the weather in the Twin Lakes Area. The station is currently looking for weather watchers in the following areas: Marion County, in all areas except Lakeway; all areas of Ozark County; Fulton County and Izard County; the northern half of Stone County; all areas of Searcy County and the Gassville/Cotter areas of Baxter County.

Weather watchers are vital to communicating weather conditions, including severe weather, in the Twin Lakes Area and help keep everyone informed. They call in weather information to the station every morning before 7. The only equipment needed is a thermometer to record the high and low temperatures each day and a rain gauge.

Any listener in this area who would like to become a weather watcher can call Operations Manager Brad Haworth at 870-425-3101 or e-mail to brad@ktlo.com.
