(NEW YORK) — A Lufthansa flight from Texas to Germany was diverted after a threat was phoned in, officials said.
Flight 441, en route from Houston to Frankfurt, was sent to JFK Airport in New York after a threat was received by phone, the Port Authority said.
The plane was taken to a remote area of the airport and passengers were in the process of getting off the plane.
The aircraft was set to be searched.
