MHHS celebrates National FFA Week

The National FFA Organization has been celebrating National FFA Week giving its members an opportunity to educate the public about agriculture. The Mountain Home High School chapter has taken part in the celebration with different activities and trips.
The theme of this year’s National FFA Week is “Transform Purpose to Action,” and Mountain Home FFA sponsor Jacquie Albright says it embraces over 89 years of the organization’s traditions and changes.

One of the activities the Mountain Home chapter took part in this week was a breakfast at Holy Smokes BBQ & Catering hosted by Steve Litty of the West Plains Bank and Trust Loan Center in Mountain Home. In addition, Albright says the students visited one college campus this week, and they will visit another this weekend.
