Mtn. Home man arrested on felony drug charges following traffic stop

     A Mountain Home man remains in the Baxter County jail on felony drug charges following his arrest Saturday night by the Arkansas State Police.   Captain Jeff Lewis of the Baxter County Sheriff's office says 51 year old Ross Edgar Rains, Sr. is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.   His bond was set at $5,800.   
     Following an 11:36 p.m. traffic stop by the state police, Rains was found in possession of two grams of methamphetamine.   Ross Edgar Rains, Sr. is also charged with DWI, first offense and failure to dim lights.
