The 15th annual Ponca Elk Education Center Color Fest is set for Saturday and Sunday. Hours Saturday are 10 until 4:30, with hours Sunday from 10 until 2.At the annual event on Arkansas Highway 43 in Ponca artists will have their works on display and will demonstrate their work throughout the festival.Food will be available for purchase and the education center and gift shop will be open.
The event is sponsored by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission with support from the 1/8 cent conservation sales tax.
