Phil Ellsworth / ESPN Images(NEW YORK) — Aroldis Chapman is reportedly returning to the Bronx.

The 28-year-old left-handed closer told ESPN Wednesday night that he has agreed to a five-year, $86 million contract with the New York Yankees.

“I love the organization, they welcomed me with open arms, and that’s why I decided to go back,” Chapman told ESPN. “I was hoping I had a chance to go back, and it happened.”

As part of the deal, ESPN reports the Cuba native “cannot be dealt to some West Coast teams and cannot be dealt at all in the first three years of the contract.”

Chapman first joined the Yankees last December when he was traded by the Cincinnati Reds. New York later traded him to the Chicago Cubs this past July.
